Lady Aster Patisserie began with the name Magnifique Macarons in 2018, in Minneapolis, MN. The founder, Evie, was passionate about cooking and loved the challenge of creating a perfectly textured and flavored French macaron, so she worked to perfect the technique and started selling to friends and family! After a few months, the Magnifique Macarons website grew to be the first website popping up for google searches of "macarons in Minneapolis"! In the 2019 Minnesota State Fair, Magnifique Macarons' raspberry macarons placed third in their division, a great success for the then-16 year old owner.
